At ArtMuse, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with our unique and personalized artwork. Please review our refund policy below for more information on returns, lost orders, returned shipments, and damages.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not support returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. If you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the new purchase.

Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:
Wrong Address: If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. To place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the new order costs.
Rejected by the Recipient: If the recipient rejects the shipment during delivery, it will be returned and safely disposed of. To place a new order, you will be responsible for the new order costs.
Unclaimed: If the recipient is unable to receive the order, the shipment may be available for pickup at the local post office or carrier pick-up point. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to the sender. In these cases, place a new order and contact us to report the issue and arrange for a refund of the product price for the new order. You will still need to pay for the shipping costs.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, ensuring that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
